LUCECO PLC NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 15 April 2025 The Board of Luceco plc announces that it has published its Notice of Annual General Meeting (the "Notice"). In compliance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1, the Notice has been submitted today to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at National Storage Mechanism | FCA .
