Notice of Additional Purchase of Bitcoin (Including Sale and Reacquisition of Bitcoin to Demonstrate Liquidity)

Metaplanet Inc. (the “Company”) announces that the Company and its subsidiaries (collectively, the “Group”) purchased 1,000 BTC on a net basis during the third quarter of the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026, bringing the Group’s total Bitcoin holdings to 44,000 BTC as of September 30, 2026. During the quarter, the Group also executed a sale and repurchase of Bitcoin (the “Transaction”) to dem
