29 April 2025                                                      Aptitude Software Group plc Notice of 2025 Annual General Meeting   Further to the publication on 26 March 2025 of the Aptitude Software Group plc (the "Company") Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 ("2024 Annual Report and Accounts"), the Company announces that it has made the following documents available to shareholders:   ·    2025 Notice of Annual General Meeting ("Notice of AGM") The Notice of AGM can be found at:  http://www.aptitudesoftwaregroup.com/investors/  on the Reports, Documents and Presentations tab of the Investor Relations section of the website.
