The scope of the project also included the replacement of rooflights, rainwater goods, and parapet cappings. It is worth noting that Jennings had previously completed Phase 1 of the project during the summer of 2022. As the main contractor for this scheme, Jennings provided access scaffolding, welfare facilities, and management services for Leeds Council. All the works were completed within the designated timeframe and to an exceptional standard.
