Norion Bank AB (publ) (”Norion”) has successfully issued SEK 300 million Additional Tier 1 Capital Notes. The capital instruments are perpetual with first call after five years. The notes pay a floating rate coupon of 3 months STIBOR + 4.75% and Norion intends to apply for admission to trading of the notes at Nasdaq Stockholm . Settlement date will be 26 May 2026 . - We are pleased with the continued confidence investors have shown in us in connection with the issuance.
