Nomura Announces Nomination of Members for Board of Directors Tokyo, March 27, 2026-Nomura Holdings, Inc. today announced that the Nomination Committee resolved the Outside Director Nominees to be included in the proposals to the annual meeting of shareholders to be held in June 2026 to appoint members to the company's Board of Directors. Together with the nominees announced on February 27, 2026, Nomura Holdings nominated a total of eleven directors. Of these eleven nominees, nine have been nominated to serve as Non-Executive Directors (including seven Outside Director Nominees), while the remaining two will serve concurrently as Executive Officers.
