The members of the Nomination Committee ahead of the 2026 Annual General Meeting (the “AGM”) in Embracer Group AB (“Embracer”) have now been appointed.In accordance with the resolution adopted by the Annual General Meeting, Embracer’s Nomination Committee shall consist of five members.
