Revisions to Consolidated Financial Forecasts for FY2024
NOK Corporation has made the following revisions to the consolidated financial forecasts for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025 (FY2024) announced on November 7, 2024 based on the recent business environment as well as the consolidated financial results for the nine months of the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025 disclosed today.

2. Reasons for the revision
The Company updated its business outlook based on the recent business environment and the business results for the nine months of the current fiscal year.
In the seal business, while sales are anticipated almost in-line with the previous forecasts, operating income is expected to exceed the forecast mainly because of reflecting price-increase efforts, review of expense forecasts and so on. In the electronic product business, sales and operating income are expected to be higher than the previous forecasts mainly due to higher sales for the smartphone application.
In addition to these revisions at the operating level, forecasts for ordinary income and net income are also upwardly revised because of items not included in the previous one such as foreign exchange gains as non-operating income and gain on sales of investment securities as extraordinary income.
