Subject: Intimation for Closure of Trading WindowWe, Nisus Finance Services Co Limited (the 'Company') wish to inform you that pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI PIT Regulations, 2015 and code of conduct for prevention of insider trading of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company will remain closed from October 01, 2026 till 48 hrs after the declaration of Audited standalone & consolidated financial results of the Company for the half year & quarter ended September 30, 2026.During this period, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited from entering into any transaction involving dealing/ trading in securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
