Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. held its 127th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders today at the company's global headquarters here. The meeting was attended by 660 shareholders and ran 2 hours and 30 minutes.
At the meeting, shareholders approved proposal No.1, including only the election of 11 director candidates excluding Motoo Nagai, and the election of Motoo Nagai was rejected.
In addition, proposal No.2 submitted by a shareholder, "Partial amendments to the articles of incorporation," was rejected.
