Terms used in the material

Description

EBITDA

It is calculated as Operating income + Depreciation cost (including assets of which full depreciation is completed in the year of the acquisition) + Lease fee

The breakdown of depreciation cost is as follows:

Depreciation cost of rental assets

  1. Cost of full depreciation of assets completed in the year of the acquisition when the acquisition price is

    under 200,000 yen

    (Color corn, impact wrench, hand cutter, interior lighting equipment, stepladder, fan, etc.)

  2. Depreciation cost (fixed rate method depreciation) for the assets of which acquisition price is 200,000 yen or over

    (Asphalt finisher, backhoes, bulldozer, tire roller, dump truck, tower crane, etc.)

  3. Lease depreciation cost related finance lease and operating lease acquisition

(When an asset of which acquisition price 200,000 yen or over is procured, the asset that was procured from a lease company using lease.)

Depreciation cost for assets for internal use

  1. Depreciation cost (fixed rate method depreciation) for the equipment for internal use of which acquisition

price is 200,000 yen or over

(Maintenance factory equipment of sales office, sales vehicle, office equipment, etc.)

Segment information (Rental business others)

Segment information of the Group is grouped into "Rental business" and "Others".

Rental business - Group of companies that handle rental and related businesses focusing on construction machinery Others - Group of companies that develop, manufacture and maintain products, management companies of insurance and group's real estate and other companies of which main business is not rental business.

W rental revenue

One of revenue classification that indicates "subleasing" and "sub-renting".

In general, we rent the products that we own to our users. However, when there is no products or lack of products, we rent the products from other rental companies to provide rental service to our users. It indicates the revenue from such situation.

Rental associated revenue

All revenue other than rental fee that incurs at the time of the provision of rental service

It includes all revenue such as transportation fee for the delivery to user's designated location and repair fee when a product was broken due to an accident or a damage.
