DELAY IN DESPATCH OF CIRCULAR IN RELATION TO
MAJOR TRANSACTION
DISPOSAL OF PROPERTIES
Reference is made to the announcement of 株式会社ニラク▪ジー▪シー▪ホールディング
- NIRAKU GC HOLDINGS, INC.* (the "Company") dated 29 October 2019 (the "Announcement") with regard to the major transaction in relation to the Disposal. Unless otherwise stated, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.
As set out in the Announcement, the Company has applied to the Stock Exchange for a waiver from strict compliance with Rule 14.41(a) of the Listing Rules (the "Waiver"). On 1 November 2019, the Stock Exchange granted the Waiver on the condition that the circular would be despatched on or before 26 November 2019.
As additional time is required for the Company to finalise the information in the circular and to obtain the Stock Exchange's clearance of the circular, the Company has applied to the Stock Exchange for a further waiver from strict compliance with Rule 14.41(a) of the Listing Rules to postpone the despatch date of the circular to a date falling on or before 3 December 2019.
