Notice Concerning the Establishment of the Record Date for the Year-End Dividend

NIPRO CORPORATION (the "Company") hereby announces that, pursuant to a resolution of the Board of Directors dated March 11, 2026, the Company has designated March 31, 2026 as the record date, and shareholders or registered pledgees of shares who are recorded or registered in the Company's final shareholders' register as of that date shall be entitled to receive the year-end dividend for the fiscal year ending March 2026. Accordingly, the Company will make a public notice as outlined below.

The Company's Articles of Incorporation stipulate that matters concerning dividends of surplus as set forth in Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act may be determined by a resolution of the Board of Directors.

There is no change to the forecast of the year-end dividend for the fiscal year ending March 2026 as set forth below. Any decision will be announced promptly once finalized.
