Recognition of loss on valuation of investments in capital of subsidiaries and associates in non-consolidated financial statements
As a result of considering the business performance and financial position of our consolidated subsidiaries, UBC Precision Bearing Co., Ltd. and UBC(Suzhou) Bearing Co.,Ltd. , the Company recorded an extraordinary loss of 1,787 million yen as a loss on valuation of investments in capital of subsidiaries and associates.
