Reason for revision

The Company disclosed in its February 6, 2026, press release titled "Notice Concerning Revisions to Full-Year Financial Forecasts" that it had withdrawn the consolidated financial results forecast, due to the difficulty in estimating of the impact on the forecast resulting from the fire accident which occurred in Kitakyushu Coking Works at the end of last year.

The Company is now disclosing the forecast since it became possible to make a reasonable calculation.
