Nippon Chemiphar Co., Ltd. (hereinafter the "Company") announces that the Company has sold a portion of its investment securities holding and realized a gain on sales of investment securities (extraordinary income) as described below.

   To enhance asset efficiency and financial strength

2. Details of sales of investment securities

   1. Stock sold: One listed stock held by the Company

   2. Period of sales: From May 22 to June 5, 2025

   3. Amount of gain on sales of

      investment securities: 128 million yen

3. Impact on financial forecasts

The above amount of gain on sales of investment securities will be recorded as extraordinary income in the consolidated accounting period for the 1st quarter (April 1 to June 30, 2025) of the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026.

There are no changes in the consolidated financial forecast for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, as this has been already reflected in the forecast announced on May 14, 2025.
