We wish to inform you that the Shareholders of the Company at their meeting held on 30th September, 2025 approved the Appointment of Sri V Mohan Rao, Practicing Company Secretary, as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for a period of 5 (Five) consecutive years from FY 2025-2026 to 2029-2030.
