Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is t inform you that the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE), vide its circular no. 0645/2026 dated April 17, 2026, has notified its members that the equity shares of Nile Limited ( Symbol: NILE, ISIN: IN445D01013) have been permitted to trade and admitted to dealings on the capital market segment of NSE with effect from April, 20, 2026. In this regard, it is clarified that the equity shares of the company are listed on BSE Limited only and are available for trading on NSE under the Permitted To Trade''(PTT) category in terms of applicable regulatory provisions.
