Nikon announces reorganization of corporate structure

March 4, 2026 TOKYO - Nikon Corporation announced today the reorganization of its corporate structure as outlined

below, scheduled for April 1, 2026.

Nikon is reorganizing the Imaging Solution Development Department into other divisions and dissolving it.

Nikon is newly establishing the Imaging Business Group as the parent organization of the Imaging Business Unit.

Nikon is dissolving the Sales Sector and newly establishing the Integrated Business Development Sector directly under the Precision Equipment Group.
