The status of consideration is reported to the Board of Directors on an ongoing basis, and the results are planned to be disclosed by the end of 2025.
3. Composition of the committee
To consist of four members who are Independent Outside Directors (excluding Audit & Supervisory Committee Members), namely, Ms. Aiko Koma, Mr. Ryutaro Ozeki, Mr. Kazunari Kanda, and Mr. Clark Graninger
The opinions of external advisors will be applied as necessary.

- An endowed course provided in the Kingdom of Thailand
- Initiatives to protect forest environment
On February 13, 2025, the Company provided an endowed course at King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok, which is located in Bangkok, the capital of Thailand. This course was aimed at developing a high level of logistics human resources who will be future leaders in logistics.
This course attracted around 80 people, including students of the Department of Logistics Engineering, Faculty of Engineering of the Institute and people involved in logistics in Thailand. They received a lecture given by the Company and learned cargo management methods, among others, on site at a logistics warehouse of the
Company's local subsidiary.
*This course was provided as part of the project to provide endowed courses in the FY2024 "Technical cooperation utilization type/emerging market development program (training/experts dispatch / Industry-Academia collaborative programs)" that was implemented by the Association for Overseas Technical Cooperation and Sustainable Partnerships (AOTS).
The Company donated to the Forest Culture Association for the purpose of protecting the forest environment from the viewpoint of biodiversity. The donation will be used for forest management at Lodge Mizuno-no Mori, which is located in Sayama City, Saitama.
The Company also supports the intent of the 30by30 Alliance for Biodiversity, spearheaded by the Ministry of the Environment, and
was registered in it as a participant.

- Improved warehouse efficiency with introduction of automation technologies
- Development of assistive equipment for people with disabilities
NIPPON UNYU CO., LTD., a NIKKON Group company, has introduced automation technologies using robots and systems to its Ota Inter Branch as a part of warehouse DX. The company has saved manpower, improved work efficiency, and made it possible to prevent incorrect input with arm robots, AGVs, a projection picking system, and KEY CART working in conjunction with each other.
Auto Technic Japan Co., Ltd. (ATJ), a NIKKON Group company, is developing equipment for assisting visually challenged pedestrians, which vibrates to alert the user when an electric vehicle (EV) is approaching.
In addition, in 2025, the Company launched joint research on acoustic vehicle alerting system (AVAS) for small mobility vehicles with National University Corporation Utsunomiya University.
The Company remains committed to helping build a sustainable mobility society through technological
innovations and social contribution activities.
Equipment embedded in the backpack uses AI to detect EV warning sounds in noisy crowds and vibrates a wire in the backpack's shoulder strap to alert
the user as a pedestrian.
