The trading window for dealing in shares of the company shall remain closed for all designated persons (including their immediate relatives) of the company from 1st October 2025 and the trading window shall open after 48 hours of announcement of the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending on 30th September, 2025. The date of Board Meeting to consider and approve financial results for the quarter ending 30th September 2025, shall be intimated seperately in due course.
