på NOK 25 millioner med ISIN NO0013265967. Kupongrenten utgjør 3 måneders Nibor
+3,65 prosentpoeng p.a. Innbetalingsdato er 21. juni 2024.
Fondsobligasjonslånet har første innløsningsrett for utsteder 21. september
2029, forutsatt godkjennelse fra Finanstilsynet, dersom påkrevet. Utstedelsen er
godkjent av bankens forstanderskap. Lånet vil bli søkt notert på Nordic ABM.
SpareBank 1 Markets var tilrettelegger av transaksjonen.
