In accordance with LR 9.6.14(2) Nick Salmon, non-executive director and senior
independent director of United Utilities Group PLC has been appointed as a
non-executive director of Interserve Plc with effect from 1 August 2014.
Nick Salmon is no longer a director of Asia Resource Minerals plc.
