Notice of partial price revision

Nichirei Foods Inc. will revise the shipping prices of some of its household-use prepared frozen foods from the delivery date of September 1, 2025 and commercial-use prepared frozen foods from the delivery date of October 1, 2025.

Due to the recent raw material prices continue to rise in Japan, we have been working to reduce costs as much as possible by improving efficiency, streamlining, and reviewing raw materials across the entire company, and have striven to maintain quality and prices while ensuring a stable supply of products, but it has become difficult to absorb the increase in costs through self-help efforts alone.

In order to maintain the current product quality and deliver a stable supply, we will revise the shipping prices as follows.

Household-use prepared frozen foods: rice-ball products.

Commercial-use prepared frozen foods: rice-ball products and a part of rice products.

Household-use prepared frozen foods: approx. 10% increase Commercial-use prepared frozen foods: approx. 10% increase
