NEXT DYNAMICS, INC. RECEIVES PATENT GRANT IN SOUTH KOREA & NOTICES OF ALLOWANCE FOR EUROPEAN & ISRAEL PATENT APPLICATIONS

The grant & allowances solidify intellectual property protection for the Company’s tested and proven ballistics technology in key geographic regions.

Wilmington, North Carolina, April 18, 2024 (NEXD:OTC) Next Dynamics, Inc. (OTC: NEXD) (“Next” or the “Company”), www.nextdynamicscorp.com, a Texas corporation, is pleased to announce the grant of its patent in South Korea (Patent No. 10-2594186), as well as notices of allowance for its patents in each of Europe (Application No. 18777451.8) and Israel (Application No. 269699) entitled “IMPROVED BULLET, WEAPON PROVIDED WITH SUCH BULLETS, KIT FOR ASSEMBLING THE SAME, AND CORRESPONDING METHODS OF MANUFACTURING, OPERATING AND USE ASSOCIATED THERETO,” based upon the Company’s US Patent Nos. The patents in both Europe and Israel are anticipated to be officially granted in the next few months, after translation and other final procedural matters are completed by the Company’s foreign patent associates.
