Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that the Board in its meeting held on 05th September, 2026 has approved the Alteration of Articles of Association of the Company by addition of a ''Waiver of Dividend'' clause, subject to the approval of Members at the ensuing AGM of the Company.
