Ålesund, 7 January 2026Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Golden Energy OffshoreServices ASA (the "Company") published on 12 December 2025 regarding asuccessfully completed private placement of 40,000,000 new shares (the "NewShares") in the Company at a subscription price of NOK 8.00 per share (the"Private Placement"). Further reference is made to the stock exchangeannouncement published on 29 December 2025 regarding the extraordinary generalmeeting held in the Company on the same date, which resolved, among otherthings, to approve the share capital increase pertaining to the PrivatePlacement, as well as a share capital reduction where the nominal value ofeachof the Company's shares were reduced from NOK 20.00 to NOK 8.00 (the "ShareCapital Reduction").The Share Capital Reduction and the share capital increase pertaining to thePrivate Placement have today been registered with the Norwegian Register ofBusiness Enterprises.
