SigmaRoc plc has secured and closed a new debt facility, refinancing its principal banking arrangements with an increased capacity of up to €825 million on investment grade terms, alongside a €300 million uncommitted accordion. This new 5-year revolving credit facility is unsecured, offers a 100 basis point improved margin profile over EURIBOR, and features more flexible covenants, all designed to support the existing business and fund future acquisitions. The facility delivers significant additional capacity based on a new 5-year revolving credit facility (RCF), an unsecured structure, a 100bps improved margin profile over EURIBOR for all margin brackets and more flexible covenants. The facility is aimed to support the funding of the existing business and future acquisitions.
