On August 24, 2010, HK INVESTMENT CO., LTD (Tokyo, Japan) acquired the stock of our company from Corporate Services International, Inc. as follows;
1. Common stock 20,000,000 shares (75.63% of outstanding shares)
2. Series B Preferred Stock 5,000,000 shares (100% of outstanding shares)
Moreover, we changed our corporate name to “BORNEO ENERGY USA, INC.” and we are requesting FINRA to change the symbol and name of our company.
We plan to carry out the coal mining business in Indonesia and make efforts to raise our corporate value.
Former name: SOLOPOINT.COM, INC.
New corporate name: BORNEO ENERGY USA, INC.
