NEW CONTRACT WITH PRINCES FOODS
NWF Group plc ('NWF Group' or the 'Company'), the diversified sales and
distribution business is pleased to announce that its distribution division,
Boughey Distribution Ltd ('Boughey'), has renewed a significant contract with
Princes Foods Ltd ('Princes') to enhance and increase the warehousing and
distribution of Princes products into the grocery retail sector. The 3 year
contract will provide for significant growth potential for Princes products
which will be located in the new Wardle warehouse facilities that have recently
been completed.
Commenting on the reinvigorated contract, Keith Forster, Boughey's Managing
Director said: 'Princes are one of the UK's most significant players in the UK
food industry and Boughey is proud to work closely with such a well established
grocery supplier. Significant enhancements to our IT systems and upgraded
warehousing and distribution services at Wardle will provide Princes with an up
to the minute, flexible solution that will further improve their ability to meet
the demands of the retail supply chain.'
Frank Murphy, Group Logistics Director at Princes added: 'The Boughey expansion
programme at Wardle will support the ambitious growth plans for the Princes
group. The new contract will enable our partnership with Boughey to further
develop the ongoing improvement programmes we have to achieve critical goals of
