The Board of Phytopharm plc announces that at its Board meeting on 1 October
2007 the Board resolved to change its year end date from 31 August 2007 to 30
September 2007.
The preliminary announcement of results for the 13 month period ending 30
September 2007 will be made on 29 November 2007.
