Unaudited net asset value per share at 31 October 2026
Caledonia Investments plc (“Caledonia”) announces that its unaudited diluted net asset value per share (“NAV”) as at 31 October 2026, calculated on a cum-income basis, was 600.4p.
Performance highlights:
- NAV total return (“NAVTR”) for the financial year to date was 6.5% and portfolio return was 7.1%. Foreign exchange resulted in a decrease in net assets of £38m
- Annualised NAVTR was 9.1% and 7.6% over 10 and five years respectively
- During the month, £18m was invested and £52m was realised
- Since 1 April 2026, £46.8m of ordinary shares were repurchased for cancellation at a weighted average discount of 36% resulting in 5.2p accretion to NAV per share
