Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of Listing Regulations, we hereby inform you thatNeopolitan Pizza and Foods Limited ('the Company') has entered into a Two (2) year Agreement with theRegional to Global Consultancy Services LLP ('the LLP') a limited liability partnership incorporated under thelaws of India, on April 25, 2025, wherein the Company will take assistance of the LLP to expand its franchisebusiness in India.
