Andreas will take overall responsibility for Neobo's property portfolio, consisting of 260 properties and 8,300 apartments, and will be part of the company's management team. Andreas has extensive experience in the real estate industry and solid expertise in value-creating property management and project development. He most recently held the position of Head of Business Development and Property Management at Besqab and has previously worked at companies including NCC Property Development and Castellum. Andreas holds a Master of Science in Engineering with a specialization in real estate economics from The Royal Institute of Technology and will assume the position in the autumn. -We are very pleased to have recruited Andreas and look forward to welcoming him to Neobo.
