In terms of Company`s code of conduct to regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by designed persons framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of insider trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company will remain closed from Wednesday, 01st July, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026. designated persons of the company and their immediate relatives shall not trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
