Pursuant to SEBI(PIT) Regulation 2015, and the Company code of Conduct for PIT the Trading window for dealing in the company securities shall remain closed w.e.f 1st july 2025 till 48 hours after the declartion of the Un-audited Financial Results of the company for the Quarter ending on 30th June 2025 for the directors, KMP, and other designated Employee etc. covered under the code.
