MATERIAL INFORMATION - ISSUANCE OF RESTRUCTURING OFFER LETTER TO HASCOL PETROLEUM LIMITED BY NATIONAL BANK OF PAKISTAN
In terms of the requirements of Section-96 of the Securities Act, 2015, and Clause 5.6.1(a) of the PSX Rule Book, we wish to inform you that National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) has issued an offer letter dated January 29, 2026, to Hascol Petroleum Limited (HPL) in respect of the restructuring of banking facilities and financial accommodation provided by NBP to HPL. The offer letter is under consideration by HPL.
