The Listing Committee held on 09/02/2022 has approved to List the company's capital increase from EGP 73,205,000, to EGP 100 million such capital increase amounted to EGP 26,795,000 distributed over 5,359,000 shares at par value of EGP 5 per share, such capital increase paid in cash through rights issue for the company's existing shareholders.
These new shares shall be added to EGX database starting 14/02/2022 trading session.
