(1)Ms. Wu Siyi has served as an independent director of the
company for three consecutive terms. In accordance with
the provisions of Article 5 of the "Regulations on the
Establishment of Independent Directors of Public Offering
Companies and Matters to Be Followed", the reasons for
continuing to nominate her as an independent director
should be announced.
(2)Ms. Wu Siyi has work experience in accounting and is
familiar with relevant laws and regulations, which is of
obvious benefit to the company. This time, she will continue
to be nominated as an independent director candidate.
