Beverly Hills Group, Inc announces today that it will be named Full Alliance Group, Inc. immediately with a concurrent symbol change.
The name change is part of a re-branding initiative by new management to better align the company’s name with its future strategy and near term product roadmap.
The new name capitalizes on Full Alliance’s commitment to acquisitions and partnerships across a broad range of industries, globally, that will add both value to current holdings as well as resulting in increased shareholder value.
As part of its name change, Full Alliance will update the corporate logo and change its email and website to FullAllianceGroup.com. The Company’s ticker symbol will also change to “FAGI”.
