Notice on Application for Selection of "Prime Market" in New Market Segments

Nabtesco Corporation (hereinafter, "the Company") hereby announces that it received the results of its initial assessment from the Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. (hereinafter, "TSE") on July 9, 2021, confirming that the Company complied with the listing criteria for the "Prime Market" in the new market segment. Based on this result, the Company resolved at its Board of Directors' Meeting held on today that it will select the "Prime Market" in the new market segment of the TSE and apply accordingly.
