2025 Annual General Meeting
Security information for the Annual General Meeting of MVV Energie AG on 14 March 2025
In the entrance foyer of Congress Center Rosengarten, MVV Energie AG performs what are now customary security checks on visitors to its Annual General Meeting.
We hope you will understand that these security checks (metal detector gateways and bag checks with a baggage scanning system, both comparable with those at airports), which of course also serve to protect your safety, may result in slight delays when you enter the building.
Below you fill find a list with examples of those objects that may not be brought into the Congress Center.
In particular, these include:
- Firearms and munition
- Pepper sprays and other irritant gases
- All kinds of explosive
- Objects with the potential to cause injury or adverse health effects, and here in particular knives
- Drinks and liquids of all kinds, except foodstuffs an medication essential for health reasons
- Gas spray cans or pressurised containers for gases that are slight irritants or with adverse health effects (deodorants, hairspray), except customary pocket lighters
- Recording / electrical appliances (except mobile telephones, tablets, laptops or notebooks, which must be switched off or muted in the meeting hall and may not be used for video or audio recordings)
- Objects with the potential to generate noise
- Other objects whose use may disturb the meeting
- Animals of all kinds, except guide dogs for the blind
We request you to deposit coats, bags, rucksacks and the like at the cloakroom.
