WELLINGTON, Fla., June 11, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Embark Holdings, Inc. (OTC: EMBK) announces today that its wholly owned subsidiary Muscle Warfare, Inc. ("MW") has just finalized the terms of a joint sales initiative with Europa Sports Products ("Europa"), which is the largest U.S. distributor of nutritional supplements, sports drinks and accessories to mass market retailers, gyms, health food stores and specialty supplement retailers, that will begin in June and will run until September.
This promotion, which MW believes will generate minimum sales of $200k over three months, is now being coined the Muscle Warfare/Europa "SUMMER SLAM"! The plan will integrate proven sales boosting strategies jointly implemented by the companies. This unique strategy will focus on Muscle Warfare's strengthened lead generation and sales conversion systems which will dramatically increase store level promotional items designed to promote consumer action. This promotion will provide a large boost of brand awareness for MW. The promotion was specifically designed to add new retail customers and enhance sell through for existing Europa customers. MW and Europa have enjoyed a very strong relationship which is developing into more opportunity for both companies. Europa is committed to help further MW brand penetration into key sports nutrition specialty retail markets, gyms, health food clubs and online retail distribution outlets as well as other unique sports nutrition locations.
In addition to anticipated revenue increases, the intermediate goal is to provide a strong lift to brand awareness as MW begins to hit major trade magazines and the internet over the next few months.
