CHANGE OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
The Board of Directors of Multi-Chem Limited (the "Company" or together with its subsidiaries the "Group") wishes to announce that Mr Lim Kok Soon has resigned as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 13 August 2021.
The Board of Directors wishes to take this opportunity to thank Mr Lim Kok Soon for his contribution to the Group during his term of office as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
Ms Zhao Yu has been appointed as the Acting Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 13 August 2021 in place of Mr Lim Kok Soon.
The details of Mr Lim Kok Soon and Ms Zhao Yu as required under Rule 704(7) of the Listing Rules are set out in the prescribed Announcements on Resignation of Chief Financial Officer and Appointment of Acting Chief Financial Officer.
