Further to our earlier intimation given on 26th March, 2025 and as per SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended), the trading window shall remain closed for Directors and Designated Persons from end of Quarter till Saturday, 24th May, 2025 i.e. till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results at the Board Meeting and shall re-open from Sunday, 25th May, 2025.
