The Board at its meeting held on 13.08.2025 pursuant to the recommendation of the Audit Committee recommended the appointment of Ms. Yogita (FCS: 8511, CP: 8478) Proprietor of Yogita & Associates, (FRN: S2010PB128600), Practising Company Secretaries, Patiala, as Secetarial Auditor of the Company for 5 (Five) years commencing from F.Y. 2025-26 to F.Y. 2029-30, for the approval of the members at the ensuing 38th Annual General Meeting. The details of secretarial Auditor is given in Annexure-I of the attached document.
