Further to our earlier intimation given on 30th June, 2026 asn as per the SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended), the trading window shall remain closed for Directors and Designated Persons from the end of the Quarter till Friday, 14th August, 2026 i.e. till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results at the Board Meeting and shall re-open from Saturday, 15th August, 2026.
