Paul Mueller Company (OTC: MUEL.PK) has declared a cash dividend of sixty cents ($0.60) per share on its outstanding common stock.
The action was taken July 31, 2008, at the regular quarterly meeting of the Board of Directors. The dividend of sixty cents ($0.60) per share is payable on September 12, 2008, to shareholders of record on August 18, 2008.
