Belo Horizonte, December 09, 2020 - MRV ENGENHARIA E PARTICIPAÇÕES S.A. (B3: MRVE3) ("Company" or "MRV"), pursuant to article 157, paragraph 4, of Law No. 6,404/76, as amended ("Brazilian Corporations Law"), to the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission ("CVM") Instruction No. 358, dated January 3, 2002, as amended, CVM Instruction No. 480, dated December 7, 2009, as amended, and the Company's Information Disclosure Policy, hereby informs its shareholders and the market the launch of its new brand that complements our portfolio and reinforces the MRV Housing Platform, Sensia Incorporadora, focused on projects for familiws with income between R$7 and R$11 thousand reais to be financed by SBPE.
The Company will keep its shareholders and the market in general duly informed of the projects, through its usual channels of disclosure of periodic and eventual information.
