Company Announcements Office, ASX Ltd Resignation of Director/Company SecretaryMount Ridley Mines Ltd (ASX: MRD) (or "the Company") advises that Mr Keith Bowker has tendered his resignation as Non-Executive Director and Company Secretary, effective immediately due to personal commitments and to pursue other business interests. Mr Bowker was appointed on 5 November 2015.
